Wendy received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2019 from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. She is a 1992 graduate of the Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and completed a family nurse practitioner post-master’s program in 1995. She is an adult and family nurse practitioner and the owner of two, nurse practitioner owned and operated clinics within New Hampshire. Her family practices have won numerous awards, including Top Providers in New Hampshire 2020, Top 20 Fastest Growing Family Business, and Top 20 Women-Owned Business in New Hampshire. In addition, she is the Owner of Partners in Healthcare Education, a medical education company. She is the Past President of NPACE and the Senior lecturer for Fitzgerald Health Education Associates.
She is the recipient of numerous awards and was chosen by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as the 1999 recipient of the New Hampshire State Excellence Award. In addition, she received the 2009 NH Nurse Practitioner of the Year and the 2014 Top 5 Women in New Hampshire Business Award. In 2020, Dr. Wright won the Top Family Practice Doctor in Souhegan Valley and the 2021 State of NH Advocate of the Year Award. In 2005, she was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; in October 2014, a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing, and in March 2017, a Fellow into the National Academies of Practice.
She is the founder of the NH Chamber of Entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners, an organization designed to assist nurse practitioners with independent practice issues. In addition to full-time clinical practice, she presents nationally to different audiences and has been a speaker at over 1000 conferences in 47 states. She is the nurse practitioner representative to the State of NH Immunization Advisory Board. She has been a medical media spokesperson for numerous companies and has appeared on radio, television, and in print magazines. In October 2020, Dr. Wright was featured in the Wall Street Journal for her Nurse Practitioner Led Clinics and the care they provide. Wendy is frequently consulted by malpractice attorneys around the area of clinical practice and has worked on more than 100 malpractice cases involving nurses and nurse practitioners.
Amy is a New Hampshire native and graduate of Bow High School. She graduated with honors from the University of Vermont in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Given her strong academic record, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. In 2015, she graduated from Georgetown University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Amy worked as a Registered Nurse on an adult intensive care unit at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of nursing, Amy enjoys being active, cake decorating, and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Kerry Anderson MSN, APRN, FNP-C is originally from Litchfield, NH. In 2012, she graduate cum laude from Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a minor in Biology. She then went on to earn both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2017 from Simmons College. Kerry is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international nursing honor society. While attending Simmons College, she worked as a clinical registered nurse at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH on a medical-surgical floor caring for patients with a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions as well as surgical patients. As a nurse practitioner student, Kerry spent a year training under Wendy Wright prior to joining the WAFHC team in 2017. Kerry is married to Chris Anderson and lives in Nashua, NH with their dog, Lily. Outside of nursing, she enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Tina is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. It is her lifelong dream to help others live their best lives by working as a family nurse practitioner in primary care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Tina attended Manchester Community College to obtain an Associate degree in Nursing and graduate as a Registered Nurse. While at MCC, she was co-president of the National Student Nurses Association, served on a medical mission in the Dominican Republic, and graduated with Phi Theta Kappa honors.
Prior to joining Wright & Associates Family Healthcare, Tina worked full-time at Catholic Medical Center on a medical-surgical unit. During this time, she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2016 at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). While at SNHU, she was on the Dean’s List for all semesters. In 2020, Tina completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Rivier University allowing her to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
In her free time, Tina loves to spend time with her husband, two children and their two rescue dogs. Always looking for an adventure, she enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing and traveling. She is excited to begin her primary care career and looks forward to seeing patients of all ages. Tina will be seeing patients in the Concord office.
Lisa Costello, MSN, APRN, FNP-C grew up in Maine and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in 2014.
Upon graduation from St. Joe's, Lisa commissioned in the United States Navy as a Naval Nurse Officer. Her first duty station was Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, outside Washington, DC, where she had the honor of serving Active-Duty Military, Veterans, and their families. She trained on a medicalsurgical floor with an orthopedic specialty before moving to the Surgical Services Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.
Her second duty station brought her to Naval Health Clinic New England in Newport, RI. The mission was to ensure medical readiness for the Naval War College, Naval Academy Prep School, Officer Development School while providing medical care to Active-Duty families and Veterans. She worked as a nurse in both Internal Medicine and Surgical Services Clinics. While in Rhode Island, Lisa started her Master of Science in Nursing through Simmons College in Boston, MA. She graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program in May 2021.
Lisa resigned her commission in the Summer of 2019 to be closer to family and relocated to New Hampshire. She worked in Catholic Medical Center’s Emergency Department while completing her degree. Lisa was a student of Wendy L Wright DNP, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, FNAP at Wright & Associates Family Healthcare (WAFHC) during her practicum. In January 2021, she accepted the role of triage nurse at WAFHC while completing her degree and has been working alongside Ashley Harman, RN to triage patients and run the COVID evaluation program.
She has enjoyed her time at WAFHC, particularly building relationships with patients and caring for whole families. Lisa is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international nursing honor society. She is delighted to begin her career at WAFHC and put down roots in the community. She is passionate about providing patientcentered and has a personal interest in women's health and the care of patients of advanced age. When not working, Lisa enjoys hiking, spinning, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She is now accepting new patients of all ages in both the Amherst and Concord offices.
Jennifer Lutz graduated magna cum laude from Simmons University in 2016 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Since 2016, she has worked as a registered nurse on a high-risk labor and delivery floor at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. During her Master’s program, she worked in the outpatient Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic at
Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She graduated magna cum laude from Simmons College in 2021 with a Masters of Science in Nursing. She is family nurse practitioner board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She trained as a family nurse practitioner with Wendy Wright, DNP, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, FNAP during her student rotations. She has been working as a triage nurse at Wright and Associates Family Healthcare, PLLC while awaiting her State of NH Nurse Practitioner licensing. It was through her high-risk obstetric experience that she developed a passion for providing preventative care medicine and teaching for the entire family. Jen currently resides in Amherst with her family. In her free time, she is an avid skier and mountain biker. Jen welcomes new patients and referrals in both the Amherst and Concord offices.
