Wendy L. Wright, MS, APRN, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, Family Nurse Practitioner

Wendy is a 1992 graduate of the Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and completed a family nurse practitioner post-master’s program in 1995. She is an adult and family nurse practitioner and the owner of two, nurse practitioner owned and operated clinics within New Hampshire named: Wright & Associates Family Healthcare @ Amherst and @ Concord. In addition, she is the Owner of Partners in Healthcare Education, a medical education company. She is the Past President of NPACE and the Senior lecturer for Fitzgerald Health Education Associates. She is the recipient of numerous awards and was chosen by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as the 1999 recipient of the New Hampshire State Excellence Award. In addition, she received the 2009 NH Nurse Practitioner of the Year, the 2014 Top 5 Women in New Hampshire Business Award and in 2005, she was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; a position held by only 500 other nurse practitioners throughout the country. In October 2014, Wendy was also inducted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. She is the founder of the NH Chamber of Entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners, an organization designed to assist nurse practitioners with independent practice issues. In addition, she is an Editor for Practice Management – a new e-journal created for NP’s interested in independent practice and practice management. Wendy served as the Chair for the 2014 AANP Conference in Nashville, TN. She presents nationally to different audiences and has been a speaker at over 1000 conferences in 46 states. Wendy is also an Adjunct faculty member at the University of Wyoming – Graduate Nursing Program and in the Simmons College DNP program in Boston. She is the nurse practitioner representative to the State of NH Immunization Advisory Board. Wendy has served a consultant to a number of pharmaceutical companies, medical offices and corporations. She has been a medical media spokesperson for a number of companies and has appeared on radio, television, and in print magazines. As a family nurse practitioner, she has also served as an expert witness in medical malpractice cases and is frequently consulted by malpractice attorneys around the area of clinical practice.

Sarah Fischer, APRN, FNP-BC, Family Nurse Practitioner

Sarah graduated in 2010 from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester with a Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Sarah worked as a Registered Nurse on a medical surgical floor in Marlborough, Massachusetts. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Prior to joining Wright & Associates Family Healthcare @ Concord, Sarah worked as a nurse practitioner in women’s care and reproductive health. She also worked at a family practice in Massachusetts where she provided both primary and prenatal care. In addition to her current position of Lead Nurse Practitioner at Wright & Associates Family Healthcare @ Concord, Sarah is on faculty at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, where she is a Clinical Instructor for family nurse practitioner students.

Sarah truly enjoys taking care of patients of all ages and having the privilege in family practice to care for and form meaningful relationships with each member of a family. She feels that providing dedicated, compassionate care to each and every patient is essential to her role as a family nurse practitioner. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling. She resides in Merrimack with her husband Colin and their daughter, Allison.

Justine Nims-Largy, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner

Justine graduated from Rivier College in 2008 with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. She began working on an orthopedic medical/surgical floor in Manchester, NH while working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. In 2009, she was awarded her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Rivier College. Following graduation, Justine worked as a triage nurse in a community health center in Nashua, NH where she provided nursing care to the medically underserved and often, uninsured children and families of New Hampshire. Quickly, she was promoted to the role of nursing/medical assistant supervisor. In 2013, she again graduated from Rivier University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Justine is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Given her strong academic record, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Prior to joining Wright & Associates Family Healthcare, PLLC, Justine has worked as a family nurse practitioner at the same community health center in Nashua, NH where she has provided primary healthcare to patients of all ages and diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. While Justine enjoys caring for patients of all ages, her areas of clinical interest are pediatrics, adolescent health, women’s health, and primary prevention.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve and daughter, Isla, as well as being outside, volunteering in her community, and going to concerts/music festivals. She is incredibly excited to continue on her journey of providing compassionate healthcare with Wright & Associates Family Healthcare at Concord, PLLC.

Amy Tewksbury, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner

Amy is a New Hampshire native and graduate of Bow High School. She graduated with honors from the University of Vermont in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Given her strong academic record, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. In 2015, she graduated from Georgetown University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Amy worked as a Registered Nurse on an adult intensive care unit at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Amy was a student of Sarah Fischer FNP-BC and Justine Nims-Largy FNP-C during two of her clinical rotations. In her free time, she enjoys taking cake decorating classes and spending time with her family. Amy is recently engaged and planning a wedding for October 2017. She plans to live in Bow with her fiancé Ryan. Amy is very excited to start her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the wonderful team at Wright & Associates Family Healthcare.
