Wendy L. Wright, MS, APRN, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, Family Nurse Practitioner

Wendy is a 1992 graduate of the Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and completed a family nurse practitioner post-master’s program in 1995. She is an adult and family nurse practitioner and the owner of two, nurse practitioner owned and operated clinics within New Hampshire named: Wright & Associates Family Healthcare @ Amherst and @ Concord. In addition, she is the Owner of Partners in Healthcare Education, a medical education company. She is the Past President of NPACE and the Senior lecturer for Fitzgerald Health Education Associates. She is the recipient of numerous awards and was chosen by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as the 1999 recipient of the New Hampshire State Excellence Award. In addition, she received the 2009 NH Nurse Practitioner of the Year, the 2014 Top 5 Women in New Hampshire Business Award and in 2005, she was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; a position held by only 500 other nurse practitioners throughout the country. In October 2014, Wendy was also inducted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. She is the founder of the NH Chamber of Entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners, an organization designed to assist nurse practitioners with independent practice issues. In addition, she is an Editor for Practice Management – a new e-journal created for NP’s interested in independent practice and practice management. Wendy served as the Chair for the 2014 AANP Conference in Nashville, TN. She presents nationally to different audiences and has been a speaker at over 1000 conferences in 46 states. Wendy is also an Adjunct faculty member at the University of Wyoming – Graduate Nursing Program and in the Simmons College DNP program in Boston. She is the nurse practitioner representative to the State of NH Immunization Advisory Board. Wendy has served a consultant to a number of pharmaceutical companies, medical offices and corporations. She has been a medical media spokesperson for a number of companies and has appeared on radio, television, and in print magazines. As a family nurse practitioner, she has also served as an expert witness in medical malpractice cases and is frequently consulted by malpractice attorneys around the area of clinical practice.

Amy Kennedy, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner

Amy is a New Hampshire native and graduate of Bow High School. She graduated with honors from the University of Vermont in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Given her strong academic record, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. In 2015, she graduated from Georgetown University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Amy worked as a Registered Nurse on an adult intensive care unit at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Amy was a student of Sarah Fischer FNP-BC and Justine Nims-Largy FNP-C during two of her clinical rotations. In her free time, she enjoys taking cake decorating classes and spending time with her family. Amy is recently engaged and planning a wedding for October 2017. She plans to live in Bow with her fiancé Ryan. Amy is very excited to start her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the wonderful team at Wright & Associates Family Healthcare.

Ali Goguen, MSN, FNP-C

Ali Goguen, MSN, FNP-C

Ali is a New Hampshire native who knew from a young age that she wanted to help others. Receiving her LNA certificate in High School, she worked with the senior population at assisted living facilities while attending college. She graduated from Worcester State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in Health Education. Ali began her career at the Elliot Hospital as a nurse in the staffing pool and then went on to work in the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit also at the Elliot Hospital. She attended Maryville University for her Masters of Science in Nursing and graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. She is board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been working for Centurion/MHM in the greater Concord area for the past three years. In her free time, she is an outdoor enthusiast who embraces most seasonal activities from hiking, kayaking and paddle boarding to skiing and snowshoeing. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Her love and passion for helping others to achieve their optimal health and wellbeing is what drives her in this career. She looks forward to treating patients of all ages and is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to Wright & Associates Family Healthcare in Concord.
